I go through blogs and you occasionally see first posts where they are talking like they have been in their little corner of the internet forever.
Liars.
How the hell are you supposed to introduce yourself? Set your blog up for the content you want to write about? It's intimidating.
"HI! I like to knit and I'm getting married. I have a dog and cats. And I try to sew too. I suck at it. Blah blah blah"

Onto business as usual.
I'm having a friend make the blog layout, so there's that, hopefully it'll be redone in a few days. I'm still not 100% settled on my blog name. Idk. It'll probably change.
Otherwise, I've been a knitting fiend. Working hard on my effortless cardigan in hopes to have it done by a trip to see fiancés family in January, made fiancé a 1x1 ribbed hat and now making my dad one in a slightly different color(and something acrylic). Today is a lazy day so I'll be knitting and settling on things for the wedding (Save the dates and invites. Fun stuff).
This was taken about a week ago, so I've actually made more progress than this shows. I'm using malabrigo worsted weight in a beautiful variegated brown. I'm obsessed with it. Size 9, 40" needles.
You know, fancy stuff.
